The Quick Launch Tray

Looking on the Windows Taskbar, most of you have seen the row of icons next to the "start" button. This is the Windows Quick Launch Toolbar. The Quick Launch toolbar allows you to start an application with a single click. By putting your favorite programs there, you can start them when another window is covering the desktop without going through the start menu.

To add a program to the Quick Launch Toolbar, just drag the icon from your desktop or start menu and drop iton the toolbar. If there is not enough room to display all the icons, a ">>" symbol appears. By clicking on this, you can see the hidden icons on the toolbar.
